I accept a variety of insurance plans and strive to make the billing process as smooth and transparent as possible. Before your first session, I will verify your coverage and explain any out-of-pocket costs so there are no surprises. If you're paying privately, I offer competitive rates and can provide superbills for reimbursement through your insurance.
Payments are securely processed at the time of service. I accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and select digital payment options.
In the event that you cannot keep an appointment, you must call at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment to cancel and avoid fees. If you fail to call, or "no show" you will be charged the below fees:
